AUDITIONS

If you need studio space for an audition, please email us with full details.

 

Please contact the office prior to booking your audition so we can help with our rates, which differ according to the size of your audition.

 

If these policies are not followed, Anthem Dance Academy reserves the right to shut down an audition.

 

 
FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY RATES

Anthem welcomes commercial and non-commercial filming/photography. However, rates will vary according to the size of the project.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All changes and cancellations must be done at least 48 hours prior the rental's start time.

Any booking cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged the full booking amount.

For events, filming, multiple bookings (over 8 hours of rented studio), all cancellations must be done at least 72 hours before its scheduled start time.

 

BOOKING

All bookings require a credit card or debit card to be on file. There is a $50 security deposit to hold your date, that is applied to the rental total, pending how the studio is left. The day of the rental, renters can decide to pay with the card on file, or a different card, check or cash. However, Anthem Dance Academy is authorized to charge the card on file if payment has not been made.

 

SET-UP & ENDING TIME

Rented studios will only be available at the rented time.

Additional fee will be charged if the studio is entered prior the rented time.

Additional fee will also be charged if the studio is used past the original booking time.

If you finish your booking early you are still responsible to pay for the full amount of time that you booked.
